The corporate stuff

I have worked for leading organisations in the financial services and technology industry for 15 years. In my seven years at JP Morgan, I partnered with high performing leaders across global teams, focused on finding and developing talented individuals. In earlier roles I worked in rapid growth environments for dynamic, challenger brands (Capco). I needed to understand and navigate both the complexities of large scale, market-leading, firms, and rapid growth, fast paced environments.

I have spoken with thousands of people about their careers, motivations, and goals. I have coached leaders and run 

coaching programmes for a number of groups including future leaders, military veterans and world class athletes taking the leap into the corporate world, as well as bespoke 1:1 coaching engagements.

What else?

​

As with us all, there is more to me than my corporate story. I am passionate about people and the potential everybody has. I have an energy and enthusiasm for life. I love the outdoors and being active. I spent three winters snowboarding every day in the Alps, I’ve worked on a super yacht, I kick footballs, hit tennis balls, punch punch bags and miss golf balls. I have a voracious appetite for an "eclectic" range of food! I am a creative dreamer and have a number of writing projects in flight, with a trashy crime novel on the horizon. I've also taken extended parental leave to help juggle a young family.
